This was a family-strengthening policy initiative led by Dr. Harris during his time as CEO of Fathers, Families and Healthy Communities.

An initiative to improve access and support for vulnerable community members and self-represented individuals as they address their legal needs and navigate the Illinois Family Court system. Dr. Harris served on the committee that guided the production of the report and its recommendations.
