This consultation was with IHC, a statewide coalition of affordable housing developer. IHC is interested in understanding ways in which its statewide membership could more effectively leverage the capacities, expertise and assets to improve racial equity and social justice in the delivery of affordable housing statewide. We provided a framework and a set of recommendations for their present and future work such that they could move toward meeting their racial equity and social justice objectives.
